Yup it’s that time of year again and I’m really looking forward to seeing who is going to shine in this new Super XV season.

Living in Auckland my heart has always been with The Blues and, in recent years, they’ve always let me down. Well, not always….but you know what I mean! 🙂 I’ve never experienced those heady days of winning Super Rugby competitions so let’s hope we’ve got something to look forward to.

And who’s going to set the world alight for all New Zealand rugby fans? Will there be some new stars? Or will we be relying on the old?

And how are the Three Musketeers going to fair leading up to the biggest test of all?

New Zealand Rugby – Wellington 7’s

I’m going to indulge in my favourite sport seeing as the New Zealand Rugby 7’s team did so well at this years IRB tournament in Wellington this weekend.

Rugby World Cup

All the antics going on amongst the spectators in the stand at the Westpac Stadium is pretty amazing, but it pales into comparison with the effort put in by the boys on the park.

And, unlike the 15 a-side game, the New Zealand Team only get to do “The Haka” at the end of the tournament….and only if they win it! So it was great to see them put their seal on their endeavours.
